Healthcare advisory and consulting company organized and expanded the Miami, FL based healthcare services MSO Physician's Partners Group (PPG). PPG grew from a nascent MSO to a platform that was one of the foundational pieces to Cano Health for a total Enterprise value of $100m
Advised the Staff Model Medical Centers model, with the Medicare Advantage company Belen Medical Centers. Belen Medical Centers was a staff model medical center that grew over 150% to 5,000 Medicare Advantage patients in the time of our engagement. This population led to a profit center that was also sold to Cano Health for over $120 million, in addition to the Belen MSO being sold as a drag-along secondary transaction for $40 million.
